Intentional Inspirations Newsletter - 11/21/20

Hello,

First, I want to apologize for being missing in action last week. While I have had times where I did not send out a newsletter on Saturday morning, they were usually planned and announced ahead of time. Well last week I simply did not have it in me to get it done. Lately in my newsletters, I have been getting very vulnerable and very honest. In the past it was easier to just cover the topics that everyone loves to read about -- how to be organized, how to be intentional, how to cook healthy meals, etc. and not talk about the more personal struggles, matters regarding my faith in God, and current issues that affect our lives.

​Please understand that I do not know everything and I do not claim to. I am learning and seeking for the truth, just like you. But we are living in such perilous times where the Truth is being suppressed, censored, and silenced. Speaking the Truth gets you banned, deleted, and attacked. This newsletter is one platform that I have (at least so far) that has allowed me to speak freely and share what I am learning, share resources for you to check out and dig deeper, and address some of the more controversial issues of our day.

But it is so disheartening when people are presented with the truth, with facts, over and over, and it is like they can't believe it, turn a blind eye to it, and attack me for daring to make such statements. Since I am a Christian, I know what this is all about. I know there is a spiritual battle going on right now for not only the soul of our nation, but our whole world. The Bible talks about people being deceived in the last days. I truly do believe we are living in what could be the last days. I don't know when Jesus will come back, but I do know that my heart's desire is to see everyone repent of their sin, ask Jesus to forgive them, turn from their sinful ways and believe in God, the One who created each one of us.

This is why I keep on. It is because I care about each one of you. First of all I want you to know Jesus as your Savior; and second, I want you to be aware of the times we are living in so you can be discerning and not be deceived. If I were to be honest, I had a hard time with the attacks that were coming against me. I needed some down time to get in my Bible and be renewed. I hope you can forgive my absence last week and hang in there as I continue to try to share truth with you. The main stream media is so full of lies today that I can't trust most of what they say. I do try to carefully vet what I share to make sure I am sharing credible and sourced information. But I am not perfect and I miss things too. So please extend grace and let's all remain in this battle fighting for our freedoms.

My middle son, Jonathan, turned 17 this week. I really don't know where the years go! In the links below you can listen to Jonathan's story of being diagnosed with Crohn's a couple years ago and the path to healing that God led us on. I am so very thankful for God's leading and for functional doctors that helped Jonathan heal and recover. It was through that hard time that God led me to be more involved in the fight for health freedom. The past year or so has been very hard and tiring as I work and fight for health freedom for the citizens here in Kansas. I have a feeling that we have some hard days ahead as well, as the COVID-19 vaccine comes out and states try to mandate it. But God knows all about that and I choose to simply trust Him and keep on fighting!

Our family has been involved in our Community Thanksgiving Dinner every year, and this year we had to go to delivery and curb-side pick up only. So we will be busy the day before Thanksgiving and the day of Thanksgiving preparing meals to be delivered and picked up to over 1200 people. We have 5 churches in the community that go together and pay for and provide the food and all the volunteer workers to pull this off. It is a LOT of work, but so rewarding. I pray this year it will be an extra special blessing to so many who are hurting and in need due to COVID.

Sorry this was so long this week. I had a lot I needed to share. Don't worry, I have not lost hope. While I had moments of discouragement, I am back in the fight and leaning fully on Jesus for my strength. He is my light and my salvation!

• Healing Your Gut (Jonathan's Story) - This is a podcast I did a couple years ago, but I wanted to share it again. Jonathan turned 17 this past week and we have so much to be thankful for! You can listen to his story in this podcast. But it was through all that we went through with Jonathan that got me back into the health freedom movement, back into researching and learning about what is going on in the whole vaccine arena, and what prepared me for these current days we are living in. It is amazing to look back at God's leading and how he was preparing me. 

• What Would Our Founding Father's Think? (a book EVERYONE needs to read) - I have been reading this book aloud to the kids as a part of our US government studies. I can't recommend this highly enough! (If you want to take a peek inside the book, you can see a couple of snapshots here!)

• President Trump's Legal Team Holds Press Conference​ - If you have not seen this press conference that happened this past week, you need to stop now and watch it. No major news network, except I think Fox, covered this press conference. It was only the alternative news outlets that covered it. The media continues to lie and twist information saying there is no proof of election fraud. In this press conference they give plenty of evidence and actually show signed affidavits. No matter what you may think of President Trump, I would hope that you would be very concerned about this massive fraud that has taken place. I have been criticized for talking about this fraud, attacked for spreading wrong information. I will just say that I hope I am wrong, but the evidence is showing otherwise. The integrity and the future of our nation is at stake.
