Intentional Inspirations Newsletter - 2/6/21

This song has been going through my mind a lot this week. I think when our world seems so out of control, I hunger more for just focusing on our Almighty God and worshipping Him! I know I can’t go wrong doing that!

We are finally getting back into a homeschool routine again after the holidays. It has been rough with me being gone so much taking my dad to his procedures, but hopefully he is done with that for now. Next week will be the first week in over a month where I will be home every day! Yeah!

In the links below I share about my pastor’s sermon this past Sunday. Please take time to listen to this sermon! The days ahead may become very hard for Christians, and we need to be prepared. That is partly why I feel it is so important that you are in a church where the pastor understands the times we are living in, and is preparing his flock to stand for truth, for God’s word, even when the world and our government is saying otherwise.

Now I am going to address a topic that may be controversial, so please give me grace in this. This is in regards to the COVID-19 vaccine. So many are living in such fear and are jumping at the chance to get this vaccine without really being fully informed of the risks and benefits. We live in a free country (at least for now) and so far this vaccine is not required, so you have a choice to get it or not. But I would highly encourage you to read through this article that goes over some of the basic information about the COVID-19 vaccines - the ingredients, effectiveness, safety trials, as well as reports of adverse reactions. This is a brand new type of vaccine that has never been used before on humans, and deserves a thoughtful look at the information before you make your decision. It seems like each day I read more stories of people being injured or dying after getting these vaccines. It is your decision to make, but want you to be fully informed!

Quick update on my dad

Thank you to each of you and those that sent me an email and let me know you were praying for my dad. He had the procedure on his heart on Tuesday and all went well. Praise the Lord! He is resting now and allowing his body to heal.
