Hello Dear Readers,
It has been way too long since I sat down and typed up a note to you. But since I had so many things I wanted to share with you, I decided to go ahead and sit down this morning and get this off to you. There are so many things going on in our world right now, let alone trying to keep our priorities right, focusing on the needs of our children, trying to keep things as “normal” as we can for our kids, making memories amidst the struggles, and keeping our focus on Jesus through it all. Whew!
The above verse has really been an encouragement to me the past weeks. I am so very thankful that I serve a God who is in control. He is above ALL, He is the MOST HIGH GOD, He is the One who created it all and has it all in His hands. So no matter what is going on in our world, or right in front of me in my own home, I can turn to the Lord and put my trust in Him.
Below I am going to share a smorgasbord of things you may be interested in. Take what you want and leave the others. I pray you will find some things that encourage you and educate you.

For the first time this year, we had one of our kids in homeschool basketball. My son (#22 above) had the time of his life. He ended up being a starter and learned and improved so much over this season. They ended the season with a 15-8 record, and won the NDII Christian Homeschool Association Bracket C Championship! This group of kids are amazing! They love Jesus, they work together, they build each other up, they play with integrity, they are best buds. It was an amazing year and am so thankful to be a part of such an amazing group of homeschool families!

This past week, there was an Early Covid Treatment Symposium held in the Kansas City area, where doctors gathered to discuss and evaluate early Covid treatment options. Doctors who have successfully treated their Covid patients with off-label generic drugs came to share their experience. Doctors from KU Med were invited to come and share what they were doing for early treatment of Covid, and they declined. It is so disheartening when doctors refuse to communicate with one another. People have died needlessly over the past couple years because early treatments have been censored and demonized and doctors have been threatened by medical boards for simply treating their patients (and having greater success than the hospitals!). It’s crazy. Anyway, feel free to watch this Symposium to hear all about early treatment of Covid.
